Welcome to Teddy Lounge ("App", "Platform", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Teddy Lounge mobile application, website, and related services.
By accessing or using Teddy Lounge, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Teddy Lounge.
By using the App, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access to any user at our sole discretion.
2. Account Registration & Verification
Teddy Lounge operates on an application and verification-based membership system.
Users may be required to submit identification, photos, or supporting documents for verification.
Verification does not guarantee matches or interactions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Impersonate another person or provide false information
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or exploit other users
- Use the App for illegal, commercial, or promotional purposes
- Share obscene, defamatory, or offensive content
- Attempt to bypass security, verification, or moderation systems
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Matchmaking & Interactions
Teddy Lounge provides social and matchmaking tools only.
We do not guarantee compatibility, responses, meetings, or relationship outcomes.
Interactions between users are voluntary and at their own risk.
We are not responsible for conduct occurring outside the App.
5. Community Features (Party, Lounge, etc.)
Certain features may allow anonymous or limited-identity participation.
Users are responsible for their own posts and interactions.
We may moderate, remove, or restrict content at our discretion.
6. Credits, Subscriptions & Payments
Teddy Lounge may offer paid subscriptions, credits, or in-app purchases (e.g., Teddies).
All purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Prices, features, and availability may change at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software belong to Teddy Lounge or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time via the App.
We may suspend or terminate access without notice if you breach these Terms or pose a risk to the community.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teddy Lounge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Child Safety and Exploitation Prohibition
These published standards apply to Teddy Lounge, including the Teddy Lounge mobile application, website, and related services.
Teddy Lounge maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, solicitation, exploitation, or any conduct that endangers minors.
Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, distributing, requesting, promoting, or engaging in any content or behavior involving minors in a sexual, exploitative, abusive, or inappropriate manner. Any violation will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the user account.

Removal of CSAM
Upon obtaining actual knowledge of any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or related exploitative content on the platform, we will take immediate action to review, remove, restrict access to, and prevent further distribution of such content in accordance with applicable laws and internal enforcement procedures.
Reporting and Legal Compliance
We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations. Where legally required, confirmed CSAM cases will be reported to the relevant authorities, including but not limited to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or relevant regional law enforcement / child protection authorities.
User Reporting and Enforcement
Users may report suspicious profiles, messages, or content through available in-app reporting tools or by contacting our support team. Reported content will be reviewed promptly, and appropriate enforcement actions will be taken where necessary.

11. Governing Law
