Child Safety and Exploitation Prohibition

These published standards apply to Teddy Lounge, including the Teddy Lounge mobile application, website, and related services.

Teddy Lounge maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, solicitation, exploitation, or any conduct that endangers minors.
Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, distributing, requesting, promoting, or engaging in any content or behavior involving minors in a sexual, exploitative, abusive, or inappropriate manner. Any violation will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the user account.
Removal of CSAM
Upon obtaining actual knowledge of any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or related exploitative content on the platform, we will take immediate action to review, remove, restrict access to, and prevent further distribution of such content in accordance with applicable laws and internal enforcement procedures.
Reporting and Legal Compliance
We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations. Where legally required, confirmed CSAM cases will be reported to the relevant authorities, including but not limited to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or relevant regional law enforcement / child protection authorities.
User Reporting and Enforcement
Users may report suspicious profiles, messages, or content through available in-app reporting tools or by contacting our support team. Reported content will be reviewed promptly, and appropriate enforcement actions will be taken where necessary.

This designated contact is authorized to receive notifications, review enforcement procedures, and coordinate necessary actions relating to child safety matters.
