Welcome to Teddy Lounge ("App", "Platform", "Service", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Teddy Lounge mobile application and related services, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Teddy Lounge. By using the App, you confirm that:
- You are legally permitted to use the Service;
- All information provided by you is accurate and truthful;
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to involve underage users or false identity information.
2. License Grant
Subject to compliance with this EULA, Teddy Lounge grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App;
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code;
- Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate others;
- Upload or distribute illegal, explicit, hateful, or harmful content;
- Engage in scams, solicitation, or fraudulent activity;
- Share content involving minors, exploitation, or abuse;
- Circumvent bans, restrictions, or moderation actions.
Teddy Lounge maintains a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
4. Reporting & Safety
Users may report inappropriate behavior or content through the in-app reporting tools or via our contact channels.
We reserve the right to:
- Review reported accounts and content;
- Suspend or permanently ban users;
- Remove content that violates our policies;
- Cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.

5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload. However, by posting content on Teddy Lounge, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and operate such content for purposes related to the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share.
6. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
- You violate this EULA or our policies;
- Your conduct poses risk to other users or the platform;
- Required by law or regulatory obligations.
Termination may occur without prior notice.
7. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We implement reasonable measures to protect user data, but no platform can guarantee absolute security.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability of the Service;
- Compatibility with all devices;
- That the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teddy Lounge shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
- Loss of data, profits, or reputation;
- User-generated content or interactions between users.
Users interact with others at their own risk.
10. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
